Starting My Tumblr Blogs
I was outside for a change, running errands and doing some birthday shopping so I got in a bit late today! This post is going to be a short update so I can get started on today’s task!
Today’s videos were not a surprise and I didn’t really learn much. But regardless, I’m following the 30 Day Challenge as closely as possible to see if I really can make $100 this month. But because I set my goal a bit high, I have six niches I’m going to promote. I’ve written four “articles” for each of my keyword phrases, and I plan to add five more by the end of the weekend. I’m not terribly satisfied with them, but from the looks of it they’re just supposed to be blog posts, so I’m not worried as much about quality (I wonder what that says about my blogs!).
Tonight I’m going to setup my Tumblr blogs with two or three posts each, with an affiliate link in 1-2 of those posts. I specifically chose my final niches to have relevant ClickBank products so if I make a few sales in all of them, I won’t be chasing minimum payment requirements.
Although Ed and the gang haven’t gone over how to get that first trickle of traffic and get listed on Google, I’m going to stumble my blog posts after I’m done and anxiously await tomorrow’s video.
Today’s Action Plan:
- Setup a Tumblr blog for each of my keyword phrases.
- Setup Tumblr blogs in ScribeFire.
- Make 2 or 3 posts in each blog, or alternatively, one post immediately and one tomorrow.
- …
- Stumble!
