I am officially behind.
Finally, after nearly two weeks, we’re getting into something substantial. Not that market research isn’t important, but I was starting to wonder when we would do something other than looking at graphs and keywords. So I’m excited about today that there is a change of pace.
I’ve been thinking about a few things. These three short articles we have seem really short. Looking at Ed’s example article, it doesn’t really look like “great” content. It just seems like an informative blurb. Regardless, I will follow this format and make three short, concise articles for each keyword phrase I’m using.
Here’s where I’m starting to fall behind. I still haven’t found a “great” niche, and most of the ones I’ve found have several keyword phrases. To be precise, I have 37 keyword phrases for 15 unique niches. I don’t expect to write 111 short articles today, but then again, I haven’t decided which niches I want to focus on. My original goal was 6 niches, with one having a juicy keyword phrase with low competition and over 120 or so searches. Once I find that I will choose my other 5 niches and get to work on the articles.

But I’m not worried. To be honest, at the pace we’re going I will be able to catch up easily, even if I end up a few days behind.

I’m with you buddy. First, it was difficult to find a niche, now – it’s difficult to leave just two of them.
I was thinking of “Going BIG” and charging with 10 or more ideas, but now I’m in doubt, because writing articles for all of them would take enormous amounts of time and I’m just starting at this, so I guess I’ll stick to any two of them.
Good luck to you.
Yeah, that’s sort of what I’m doing, especially if we have to start working on our own products. But I’m still keeping my ideas on the side for next month or in case I catch up entirely.
Good luck to you, too!
